Group Coaching includes:
- A generalized sleep plan that contains 2 sleep training options and all the information you need to formulate a schedule and the routines perfect for your little one's age and temperament. (You choose the one that best suits you and your family! (If you're just not sure - Michele can help you decide!))
- A 60-minute video of Michele reviewing the sleep plan.
- 2-week access to the private Facebook group hosted and led by your sleep consultant Michele DiSpirito. Here we'll troubleshoot together, have live Q&As with Michele, daily check-ins, and share your wins and struggles.
