What is Group Coaching?
Baby sleep can be so hard and so confusing!! Annnnd it can feel so isolating trying to figure it out on your own.
This group coaching helps with all of that! I will be simplifying and demystifying baby sleep for you, walking you through, and there will be other families in the same boat as you!!
Within 2 weeks you'll see your baby sleeping 10-12 hours a night (straight through!) and taking 2 naps a day totally 2-4 hours (depending on their age and specific needs)!!
We all know how to sleep and want it (your baby included!!), we just need to give them the tools and the space to figure it out. And you don't have to do it alone ❤️
Group coaching includes:
- A generalized sleep plan that contains 2 sleep training techniques and all the information you need to formulate a schedule and the routines perfect for your little one's age and temperament. (You choose the technique that best suits you and your family! (If you're just not sure - I can help you decide!))
- A 60-minute video reviewing the sleep plan.
- 2-week access to the private, judgement-free Facebook group where we'll troubleshoot together, have live Q&As, daily check-ins, and share your wins and struggles.
