Newborn+

For 0 to 3-month-olds

The Newborn+ package is ideal for the expectant family or those with a 0 to 4-month-old that want to know how to maneuver the newborn stage, want all the support they can get through it, and be ready for sleep training as soon as Baby's ready at around 16 weeks.

For the first 12-16 weeks, there is no traditional sleep training. I will not be asking you to let your baby cry any longer than you are comfortable! Newborns need all the help they can get and this package will help you know how to help them.

The first 16 weeks include:

• An Initial Evaluation
- This is to see where you are and where you'd like to be, sleep-wise.

• A Personalized Newborn Sleep Guide
- It will provide you with all you need to be able to help your newborn, 0-3 months old, form a solid foundation for sleep. It includes must-have items (spoiler: it's a very short list), ideal routines, how to set up the nursery for optimal sleep, how to provide opportunities for your baby to *start* learning to sleep independently, FAQs, and more!

• A 60-Minute Consultation
- A private zoom call where we will walk through the sleep guide together and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

• Nursery Assessment
- Here we will evaluate the nursery for optimal sleep by assessing the sound, light, crib placement, and
talk about any ways to optimize the space for great sleep.

• Weekly Email and/or Voxer Check-Ins
- Each week for the first 16 weeks we will have a weekly check-in to assess where you all are, where you'd like to be, and answer any questions you have - and cheer you on!!

• 10% Off Any Sleep Training Package (should you need one!)
- If by 16-weeks-old your baby hasn't quite mastered the skill of sleep, you'll have a one-time-use code, especially created for you, to get 10% off any sleep training package!
